So, what’s it all about our Triple Certification?
We have achieved ISO 14001 Environmental Management (EMS) Certification.
ISO 14001:2015 (normally just known as ISO 14001) is the international standard for Environmental Management Systems. It supports our efforts in NPC to reduce waste and energy consumption and limit our environmental impact. It also helps us meet increasingly stringent environmental legal requirements.
Why did we want ISO 14001?
An Environmental Management System (EMS) helps us to achieve our legal, ethical and financial goals, giving us a competitive edge and contributing to the sustainability of the environment and NPC as an organisation. In short, to all of us at Network Power Connections, ISO 14001 Certification makes good Business sense. Certification helps us control reputational risk by demonstrating that we are committed to protecting the environment and that we have the appropriate controls in place.
Having an Environmental Management System (EMS) encourages good employee engagement and fosters a sense of pride within our workforce. Additionally, with ISO 14001 we are legally compliant, reducing our impact on the environment, saving money whilst driving up our own operational efficiency.
We have also achieved ISO 9001 Certification = Double Certification.

ISO 45001 = Triple Certification.
Not that having two certificates for ISO standards is enough, we have also achieved certification to ISO 45001. ISO 45001:2018 is the international standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS). It replaced OHSAS 18001.
What does this mean?
NPC can demonstrate that by implementing the standard ISO 45001, we can protect the health, safety and well-being of our employees, visitors and anyone affected by our activities. It’s also an excellent way to establish legal compliance.
